- Networking activity statistics (attendance, referrals, personal meetings, business amount, testimonials, guests invited).

- Publicly display basic member contact information.
- Internally track networking activity statistics.
- Share testimonials submitted by members.
- Administer and improve our group activities.
3. Applicant Data
We collect information from applicants to:
- Review applications for eligibility.
- Communicate about application status.
Applicant information is not shared publicly unless membership is granted.

- Private member statistics are viewable only by active members.

- Membership applications are retained for two years.
- Member data is retained indefinitely unless removal is requested or membership ends.

- Remove their profile from the Website if they leave the organization.
